Examine drivers of motor vehicles to determine if their driving is at the standard required for licensing.

Pre-requisites
Learners should have acquired a valid learners license at the Department of Transport.
NQF - Level 3 and communication at NQF Level 3
For EC, a valid drivers license for Code B and/or Code C1
